Our store runs on the Shopify platform, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure that lets us sell to you.

If we don't enforce a particular right or provision, that doesn't mean we've waived it.

These Terms, together with any policies posted on our site, make up the complete agreement between you and Everly regarding use of the Service, replacing any earlier agreements or understandings.
